Obituary of Frederick W. Walsh

The death of Frederick W. Walsh, husband of Honey Louise (Corner) Walsh, Queen St., Saint John, NB occurred at his residence on Friday, October 17, 2003 after a period of failing health. Born in Saint John, NB, Fred was the son of the late Harry and Lavina (Bigney) Walsh and had been employed as a manager with Burtol and Arnold Palmer Dry Cleaners for a number of years before his retirement. Besides his wife Honey, Fred is also survived by his daughter Susan (Carman) Teakles of Salt Springs, NB, a sister Jean of B.C., three grandchildren: Jennifer Guimond, Beth and Victoria Teakles and three great-grandchildren; Zoë and Jaxon Guimond and Kassandra Teakles He was predeceased by his brother George. At Fred's request there will be no visitation, a private family ceremony will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (506-634-7424). Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donors' choice.
