Obituary of Thelma I. Earle

The death of Thelma I. Earle, formerly of 575 Harding Street, Saint John West, wife of Louis S. Earle, occurred on Sunday, September 14, 2003, at the Carleton Kirk Lodge Nursing Home. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late John and Bethia (Boyd) Beck. Besides her husband, she is survived by two step-sons, Robert T. Earle of Hampton and Charles Richard Earle of Saint John, three step-daughters, Marilyn Ogden, Elaine Earle and Janis Hebert, all of Saint John, one brother, Arthur Beck of Saint John, two sisters, Myrtle Parcel of Peterborough, ON and Frances Ricketts of Saint John, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Len McColgan, three brothers, Arnold, Charles and Martin and six sisters, Melinda, Audrey, Ethel, Lillian, Hazel and Pearl. By request, there will be no visiting at the funeral home. Memorial service will be held at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home Chapel, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 2:15 PM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
