Obituary of Beverley Mary Smith

The death of Beverley (Bourque) Smith of Somerset Park, Saint John, NB, wife of the late Eldon Smith, occurred on Wednesday, March 3rd, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Rogersville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Marcel and Charlotte (McPhee) Bourque. Beverley is survived by one daughter, Judith Smith (Stephen Ethier) of Saint John, NB; three sisters, Loretta Earl of Saint John, NB, Exilda McLeary (Charles) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON and Clara Smith of Vancouver, BC; one brother, Wilfred Bourque (Nancy) of Sussex, NB; one uncle Edgar Bourque (Edwina) of Saint John, NB; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters, Florence Daigle and Suzanne Bourque; and three brothers, Percy, Gerry and Frank Bourque. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506) 634-7424, with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A funeral service will be held in Brenan's Chapel on Friday, March 5th, 2004 at 9:30 AM. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery.
