Obituary of Malcolm Roy Cobham
The death of Malcolm Roy Cobham of Saint John, NB, husband of Alice (Melanson) Cobham, occurred on Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital Veterans Wing (Ridgewood). Born in Saint John, son of the late Roy H. and Eunice Scott (Outhouse) Cobham he had worked for N.B. Tel for forty-one years and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Loyalist City Amateur Radio Club. Malcolm is survived by three children, Daniel of Saint John, Carol Ann and her husband, David MacKendrick and their two children, Christopher and Bernadette of Moncton and Roderick and his wife, Barbara and children, Melissa and Sarah of Greenwood, NS and Elizabeth of Trail, BC; one sister, Lorraine Stark of Saint John and several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Thursday, March 18, from 7-9 pm and Friday, March 19, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2004 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:15 pm. Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery Extension. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick, the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of the donor's choice.
