Obituary of Evelyn Joyce McCutcheon
McCutcheon, Evelyn Joyce the death of Evelyn Joyce McCutcheon, wife of the late Hartley McCutcheon, occurred on February 9, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Hoyt, NB, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mae (Alger) Moore. She was employed as a practical nurse and in housekeeping. She was a life long resident of this area. She is survived by her sons Robert (Victoria) of San Antonio, TX, Stuart (Lori) of Thamesford, ON, Ronald of Saint John, her daughter Janice (David) Bernier of Saint John, her brothers Archie (Elizabeth) Moore of Welsford, Kenneth (Betty) Moore of Hoyt, NB, her sister Thelma Keddy of Grand Bay-Westfield, her eighteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. Her son Willard, brothers Harold and Donald and sister Elsie predeceased her. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2004, at 10:30 AM, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at the Grand Bay Cemetery in the spring. Remembrances made to the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
