Obituary of Helen Mae Lynch
The death of Helen Mae Lynch of Charlton Place, Saint John, wife of the late Gerald Vincent Lynch, occurred on Saturday, August 2, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Murray McLaren and Helen Marguerite (Foshay) Duffy. Mrs. Lynch was a member of St. Pius X Parish and the Charlton Place Senior Citizens Club and enjoyed bingo, playing cards and listening to music. She is survived by one son, Glen Lynch (Phyllis) of Saint John, three daughters, Nancy Fudge (David) of Saint John, Carol Furlotte (Bob) of Kamloops, BC and Brenda Lynch of Saint John, one brother, Donald Duffy (Catherine) of Saint John, two sisters, Winifred O'Hara of Saint John and Connie Mott of Worrell, NB, 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother, Murray Duffy and one sister, Elsie Holt. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday and Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, August 5, 2003 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
