Obituary of Ewing Oscar Paris
Paris, Ewing Oscar – Surrounded by his family, the death of Ewing Paris, formerly of Cottage Road, Saint John, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 3, 2008. He was born in Truro, NS to the late Norman and Nellie (Lewis) Paris. Ewing was a self employed truck driver and loved everything to with trucks and trucking. He is survived by two sons: Clinton (Helen) and Brian (Mabel) both of Saint John; one sister: Frances Bree of Saint John; four grandchildren: Brendena, Chantai and Jason (Krista) Paris and Tara (Blaine) Cameron; five great grandchildren: Shanice, Lauryn, Shale, Kayden and Brydon and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ewing was predeceased by his loving wife Lila Mae Paris and three sisters: Margaret, Dorothy and Viva. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John 634-7424 with visiting on Monday from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 at 2 pm. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association, Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick and Alzheimer’s Society.
