Obituary of Joseph Clarence Robichaud
Robichaud, Joseph Clarence: The death of Joseph “Clarence” Robichaud, husband of the late Shirley Elaine (Drew) Robichaud, of Saint John, NB, occurred on June 19, 2007 at his residence. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the only son of the late Oliver and Barbara (Collette) Robichaud. Clarence was employed for 35 years as a Longshoreman with the Port of Saint John. His passions included animals, and his beloved pet Keesha, old cars and trucks. Clarence is survived by sons Art Green (Carol), Bill Sleeth (Norma) and Jim Green all of Saint John, NB, daughter-in-law Isabell, sister Marie (Maurice) Morrison of Quispamsis, NB; nephews Kevin, Stephen and Jamie Morrison; several grandchildren and cousins. Besides his first wife, Gertrude (Crilley) Green Robichaud he was predeceased by sons George Green and David Sleeth. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB with visitation on Thursday, June 21, 2007 and Friday, June 22, 2007 from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 23, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. followed by interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB or the Canadian Cancer Society.
