Obituary of Brian Alfred McLellan
It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Brian Alfred McLellan of Hampton, NB on December 19, 2007 at the age of 61 years. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of Josephine (Lewis) McLellan and the late David James McLellan. Brian enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a former employee on the Princess of Acadia. Survived by his mother Josephine of Saint John; his wife of thirty-three years, Donna (Sanford) McLellan; three daughters: Laura (Derek) Murphy of Norton, NB, Tanya (Francis Cosman) of Collina, NB and Donna (Robert Daley) of Bains Corner, NB; one son, Brian James McLellan at home; four brothers: Robert (Pat) of Saint John, Allen (Jean) of Hampton, Gary (Mary Ann) of Saint John and Phillip (Heather) of Belleisle Creek, NB; one sister, Judy McLellan of Saint John; five grandchildren: Joshua and Derek Murphy, Brianna and Ashley McLellan, and Shawn Daley; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father and one brother, David. Brian will be missed by everyone who knew him. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 11 am. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to any charity of choice.
