Obituary of Gladys Mary Kinch
Kinch (Green), Gladys Mary … The death of Gladys Mary Kinch of Saint John, NB, wife of the Late William John Kinch, occurred on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Saint John on February 3, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Arthur James and Effie (Butt) Green. Survived by her daughter, Carol Callaghan (nee Green) of Saint John; a brother, Lawrence (Ann) Green of Scarborough, ON; four grandchildren, Bonnie (Joe) Hosford, Leslie (Gayle) Callaghan, Patrick (Ann) Callaghan and Betty Jean Callaghan (Stan Dunphy); twelve great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by a brother, Harold; a sister, Hazel and a grandson, Michael. Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 11:30 am. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
