Obituary of Louise M. Shonaman
The death of Louise Mabel (LeMoine) Shonaman of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Clarence V. Shonaman, occurred on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at the Loch Lomond Villa. Born in Yarmouth, NS, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Annie (Amerault) LeMoine. Louise was a member of St. Margaret’s Church, Lepreau, The Naturalist Club and Golden Oldies Bowling League. She is survived by three sons: Fred (Lorraine) Shonaman, Robert (Pam) Shonaman, Daryl (Pam) Shonaman; one daughter, Gloria (Donald) LeBlanc all of Saint John; one brother, Louis LeMoine of Saint John, twelve grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by one son, Michael, one sister, Marie Boudreau and step-father, Frederick Watters. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday and Sunday, May 10 & 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2008 from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel at 11:30 am. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of NB, Loch Lomond Villa Foundation Inc., John T. McMillan Jr. Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice.
