Obituary of Edith Evelyn Dobbin
DOBBIN, EDITH E.- The death of Edith Evelyn Dobbin, loving wife of the late Cedric Dobbin, occurred peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Loch Lomond Villa, Saint John. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late George and Margaret (Seeley) Allen. She will be sadly missed by her loving children, Philip (Coney), Bruce and Donald (Debbie), grandchildren, Becky, Greg and Geoff and several nieces, nephews and family friends. She was predeceased by brothers George, Wilmot and Herbert Allen, and sisters Margaret O’Brien, Dorothy Smith and Elizabeth Carson. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 PM only. Funeral service will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interment in All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery, Clifton Royal. Remembrances to the charity of the donors’ choice would be appreciated.
