Marion was my best friend for a while and I don’t even have a photo of her. I had a fire and lost my photos. We would go shopping at the English butler and have breakfast at Cora’s. Sometimes we would go to the pub for baked potatoes after we went to Sobeys. She would tell me to go hang out with somebody my own age but the truth was she was more fun than anyone else. I loved her stories of the husband and children. I loved listening to her wise words. She would tell me to never go out unless my nails were done. A lady should take the time. I miss her. I think she liked to spend time with me because she never had any daughters. And she loved me. I loved her too. We told each other everything.
