Obituary of Judith Mary Griffin
Judith Mary Griffin (1943 - 2008) of Rothesay passed away peacefully in the Palliative Care Unit of the Saint John Regional Hospital on Sunday, December 14, 2008. Born at Montreal, QC, she was a daughter of the late John Ronayne and Margaret (Kelly) Griffin. Judith is survived by a brother, Robert Griffin (Rosalyn Edwards) of Montreal; a sister-in-law, Luanne Griffin of Stouffville, Ontario; cousins Kathleen Wright and Margaret Gallagher (Patrick) of Rothesay; several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Judith was predeceased by a brother, Peter Griffin. Although there will be no visitation time, relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 12:30 pm from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Rothesay. Interment will take place in Côté de Neige Cemetery, Montreal, at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Animal Rescue League, Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of the donor’s choice. The funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home. (634-7424)
