Obituary of Natalie Charlotte Vye
Natalie Charlotte Vye of St. Andrews, wife of the late Howard Richards Vye, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at St. Andrews on October 5, 1925, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Elise Pearl (Graham) Rollins. Natalie is survived by a son, William Vye (Barbara) of Bedford, Nova Scotia; daughters Lynne Vye of St. Andrews and Rothesay, and Carla Gail Linton (Sandy) of St. Andrews; sisters-in-law Marjorie MacLellan (Earle) of Dartmouth and Elizabeth Coulter (Cameron) of Nepean, Ontario; grandchildren Erica Vye, Dustin Vye (Gine Bottamini), Andrew Maxwell (Allison), David Maxwell, Rory Linton, and Thomas Linton; and several nieces and nephews. Natalie was predeceased by a sister, Irene D’Andrea, and by a son-in-law, Donald Ross Maxwell. Although there will be no visiting, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will be held on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at 3:00 PM from All Saints Anglican Church, St. Andrews. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion, Queen Street, St. Andrews. Interment will take place in the St. Andrew’s Rural Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to any charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. The funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
