Obituary of Carole Ann Marr
Marr, Carole Ann – After a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family singing Christmas carols for her favorite time of the year and without a single complaint but a thank you to all who took care of her as she lost her courageous battle. Carole Ann Marr of Grand Bay-Westfeild, passed away Tuseday, December 15, 2009 at The Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Earl and Marguerite (Ewart) MacDonald. She is survived by her children, Brenda (Kevin) Worden; Carla (David) Elliott; Ricky (Itala) Marr; grandchildren, Ryan (Meadow) Elliott; Brandi (Geoff) Downey, Matthew Elliott; Joshua Elliott, Krista (Chris) Doiron, Sherrie (Lloyd) Edison, Jason Worden, Jonah Marr, Katie Marr, Teah Marr, Nakoah Marr, Amanda London; great-grandchildren, Lennon Elliott, Solomon Elliott, Kaiden Downey, Lloyd Edison, Adaya Edison; siblings, Richard (Jane) MacDonald, Lynn (John) Hoyt, Doug (Ann) MacDonald, Judy (Jim) Murphy, John (Gail) MacDonald, several nieces and nephews and close family friends. Although there will be no visitation time, relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service which will be held, Sunday, December 20, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at River Valley Wesleyan Church, 45 Ridge Way, Grand Bay- Westfield, (www.rvwc.ca). For those who wish, remembrances to a child’s organization or charity would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
