Obituary of Madelon Monica Peters
Peters, Madelon M. … The death of Madelon Monica (Mudge) Peters of Saint John, NB, wife of the late Aubrey Peters, occurred on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late James and Mary (Brawley) Mudge. Madelon was employed with the NB Provincial Government Department of Education as a Secretary to the English Director until her retirement. She is survived by her sister-in-law Helen Mudge of Saint John; her son-in-law David Neave; two grandchildren, Erin and Peter; three great-grandchildren, Molly, Liam and Sean. Besides her husband and parents she was predeceased by her daughter Nancy Neave, brother Vincent Mudge, and sisters Helen Brown and Kay McLaughlin. By the request of the family there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 24, 2009 from Holy Trinity Church, Rockland Road at 11 am. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
