Obituary of Aline Angeline Cormier
CORMIER, ALINE A. – Aline A. Cormier passed away at Saint John Regional Hospital, on Thursday, March 25, 2010. She was born March 6, 1936, in Taylor Village (Memramcook), to the late Rodolphe and Angeline (Legere) Landry. Aline graduated from Notre Dame D’Acadie, and joined her husband as a business partner. Aline is survived by her loving husband, Leonce; one son, Marc R. Cormier (June Creamer), Quispamsis; two daughters, Dr. Nicole Cormier (Denis Gagnon), Cocagne; Lise Cormier (Christopher Borden), Dieppe; sisters, Clémentine (Roger) Boudreau, Moncton; Cécilia Landry (Eric LeBlanc) Notre-Dame; Murielle (Roger) Landry, Dieppe; Denise (Gilles) Aubut, Dieppe; brothers, Allard (Diane) Landry; Memramcook; Robert (Suzanne) Landry, Dieppe; brother-in-law Claude Cormier, Jonquiere, Quebec. Aline is also survived by her grandchildren, Ryan Cormier, Geneviève and Isabelle Borden, whom she cherished dearly; and several nieces and nephews. Aline was predeceased by her sister, Corinne Landry Cormier (March 2010). Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Paroisse St. François de Sales, Boars Head Road, Saint John, on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, or St. François de Sales Building Fund.
