Obituary of Eleanor Little
The death of Eleanor (Graham) Little of Martinon, Saint John, NB widow of the late Ira Little, occurred at her residence on Saturday, January 23, 2010. Born in Coote Hill, Queen’s County, NB on November 29, 1917, she was a daughter of the late Leslie and Bella (Murphy) Graham. Eleanor enjoyed reading, playing card games, crosswords and making quilts, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her Cherished family. She was a member of St. Giles United Church and an Inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Many would remember her from Graham’s Restaurant on Main St. Survived by her daughter, Dianne Saunders (C. Donald) of New Maryland, NB; her son, Stephen Little (Dianne) of Quispamsis, NB; grandsons, Shawn Saunders (Sandra) of Spruce Grove, AB, Scott Saunders of Calgary, AB, Tony Little (Jennifer) of Harvey, NB, Douglas Little (Kerry) of Quispamsis, NB and Neal Little of Saint John, NB; great grandchildren, Bradley Doucette, Alex Saunders, Tara Little, Amy Saunders, Walter Saunders, Blake Little, Logan Little and Ashton Little; sister-in-law, Mildred (Cooper) Graham, of Sussex, NB, widow of the late Stanley Graham; as well as several loving nieces and nephews. Eleanor was predeceased by her brothers, Austin Graham (Florence), Stanley Graham and her sister, Lillian Kerr (Leonard). Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, (506) 634-7424, with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment to take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Kidney Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
