Obituary of Joshua Allen Graham
Graham, Joshua “Josh” Allen – The unexpected death of Josh Graham occurred on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at Saint John. He was born on July 26, 1985 to Michele “Shelly” (Ryan) Graham and the late Terry A. Graham a fallen firefighter in 2008. Josh was a graduate of St. Malachy’s High School and NB Community College’s welding program. He worked for Irving Oil Ltd. at the refinery in Saint John. At St. Malachy’s he played Football and Rugby, enjoyed Fund Raising and other school activities. Josh was very much like his father, “a gentle giant”; he is cherished by his family and his late father who was forever in his heart. Besides his loving mother Shelly, Josh is survived by his cherished son, Terrance Allen; brother, Patrick Graham of Saint John; sisters, Jennifer Given (Rick), their daughter Riley, and Sara Graham both of Saint John; maternal grandparents, George and Rose Ryan of Saint John; paternal grandmother, Mary Graham of St. Stephen; several aunts, uncles and cousins and Amy Anderson and her son, Nigel. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday from 7-9 PM and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Pius X Church, Somerset St. on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 11 AM. Interment will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Saint John Fire Fighters Historical Society would be appreciated by the family.
