Obituary of Helen Doull Sullivan

Helen Doull Sullivan of Rothesay, wife of the late John J. (Jack) Sullivan, passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Rothesay on September 23, 1918, she was a daughter of the late Harmon and Helen (Doull) Marr. Helen is survived by two nephews, John David Marr (Anne) of Rothesay and William H. Marr (Gail) of French Village; and two grand nieces, Beth and Susan and her family. In addition to her husband and to her parents, Helen was predeceased by a brother, John Marr. In keeping with Helen’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held. Interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to any charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. The funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424).
