Obituary of John Joseph Gardner

The passing of John Joseph "Grampy" Gardner occurred on April 18, 2010 just one week short of his 103rd birthday. Born in Winnipeg Manitoba, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna (Buetel) Gardner. John is survived by his son, John “Robbie” (Gail) Gardner, Saint John; grandchildren, Michael (Amanda) and Tom (Heather); great grandchildren, Jamie, Josie, Emma and Matthew. He was predeceased by his wife Helen; brother, William. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 11 am. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
