Obituary of Patricia Ann Perry-Hutchinson
Patricia Ann (Wood) Perry-Hutchinson of Saint John, wife of the late William Hutchinson, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Saint john, she was a daughter of the late Ross and Pearl Barbara (Henry) Wood. Patty worked as a home health care worker, and lived most of her life in the North End of the city. Patty is survived by her sons, John A. Perry of Sussex, Ronald D. Perry of Saint John, Peter A. Perry of Cambridge, Ontario, and Dean W. Perry of Codys; grandchildren Jonathan and Tricia Perry, Liam Whipple, Leihanne, Tristan, Jeremiah Lee, Corey, Christopher, and Megan Perry; great grandchildren Kolby and Riley Perry; her siblings, Rose, Donna (Camille), Peter, Brian (Diane), Bobby (Maria), Ross (Brenda), Madeline (Doug), Michael (Kathy), and Chuck (Connie); the father of her children, John Colby Perry of the Kingston Peninsula; and by several nieces and nephews. Patty was predeceased by a sister, Mary Love. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place on Tuesday in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
