Obituary of Stephen James Simonds
The death of Stephen Simonds of Saint John, special companion of Vickie Muise occurred on Friday, January 2, 2015, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on July 15, 1957, he was the son of the late Richard and Vera (Hudlin) Simonds. In addition to his companion Vickie, Stephen is also survived by his sons, Matthew, Justin, Dwayne and Vance; daughters, Sabrina and Karey; sisters, Toni and Christal; brother, Claude; grandchildren; best friend, Chris Roche; as well as 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Besides his parents, Stephen was also predeceased by his sister, Debbie and maternal grandparents, Margaret and Lloyd Hudlin. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, January 7, 2015, at 12:00 Noon. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
