Obituary of Lorenza Mary Robichaud
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lorenza Mary (Savoie) Robichaud announces her passing, which occurred on Monday, January 4, 2016 at Rocmaura Nursing Home. Born in Tracadie, NB on May 26, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Henriette (Brideau) Savoie and devoted wife of the late Albert Robichaud. Lorenza will be missed by her children, Michael Robichaud (Gisele), Carol Stewart (Brad), David Robichaud (Shirley), Irene Robichaud (Paul Goguen) and Doreen Robichaud (Victor Howe); six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a brother, Leonard Savoie (John Elliott); a sister, Irene Fullerton (David): as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Albert and her parents, Lorenza was predeceased by a sister, Celia Lomax and a brother, Gerard Savoie. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424) with visiting on Wednesday, January 6, from 6-8 pm and Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 12:00 pm from Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances made to the Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Thyroid Association would be appreciated by the family.
