Obituary of Ann-Marie Elizabeth Gallant
After a lengthy battle with cancer, the family of Ann-Marie (Vautour) Gallant of Saint John, wife of Clancy Gallant, announces her death which occurred on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Ann-Marie was born in Saint John on July 6, 1949 and was the daughter of John and Dorothy (Devenney) Vautour. She was a life long resident of the Saint John area and was employed for many years as a hair stylist. Besides her husband and parents she is survived by her loving son Trevor (Celeste); three brothers: Frank (Betty), Brian (Terri), Wayne (Stella); two grandsons Brandon and Devon; several nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held from Brenan’s Chapel on Friday, January 3, 2014 at 10:00 am. Burial will take place later in the spring.
