Obituary of Dorca M. Arsenault
The death of Mrs. Dorca Marie Arsenault of Saint John, wife of the late Joseph Oscar Arsenault, occurred on Thursday, December 19, 2013, at Kings Way Care Centre. She was born in Acadieville on April 16, 1915. Mrs. Arsenault is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Marshall (Bud) of Saint John; five sons, Joseph Edmond "Eddy" (Helen) of Ottawa, ON, Joseph Oscar Frederick "Fred" (Peggy) of Bedford, NS, William Felix "Bill" Lorraine of Napanee, ON, Albert Joseph (Lorraine) of Fredericton and Joseph Francis David (Mary) of Saint John; daughter-in-law, Nancy of Quispamsis; three sisters, Marie Doiron of Rogersville, Louise Babineau and Yvette Babineau, both of Acadieville; eighteen grandchildren and thirty-eight great-grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was also predeceased by her parents; son, John Joseph; sister, Elmina Doiron; two sisters and two brothers in infancy. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). Although a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a later date to be announced, relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass, which will be celebrated on Saturday, January 4, 2014 from Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Saint John, at 10:00 AM.
