Obituary of Margaret Kathleen Nason
It is with sadness the family announces the death of Margaret Kathleen Nason age 85 of Welsford, NB, which occurred on Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Carleton Kirk Lodge Nursing Home, Saint John, NB. She was born on March 11, 1929 at Upper Kent and was a daughter of the late Wallace and Eulah (Stuart) Nason. Margaret graduated from Harvey High School in 1949, was an avid reader and had a wonderful memory of all family members. Margaret is survived by her sister, Dr. Eileen Cambon of Vancouver and a brother, David A. Nason (his wife Shirley (Wood) Nason) of Chance Harbour, NB; as well as several nephews, nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, Wallace and Eulah Nason; a brother, John Nason and his wife Mary (Stewart) Nason of Saint John, NB and brother-in-law, Ken Cambon. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her. As per Margaret’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial will take place in the Welsford Cemetery in the spring. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). Donations in memory of Margaret may be made to the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue, 295 Bayside Drive, Saint John, NB, E2J 1B1. Personal condolences may be sent to P.O. Box 351, Lepreau, NB, E5J 2T1.
