Obituary of Margaret Helen Noble
It is with sadness that the family of Margaret Noble, wife of the late Ronald Noble announces her death that occurred at the Church of St John and St Stephen Home on Monday, June 9, 2014. She was born on December 6, 1919 in Saint John to the late Herbert and Gertrude (Wadman) MacFarlane. Margaret was a former member of St. Matthews Presbyterian Church, St. Matthew’s Church Choir and a member of Grace Presbyterian Church. Even though Margaret never had any of her own children, she loved children dearly. She is survived by her sister, Ruth Jones of Saint John, several nieces and nephews and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her brothers: Lester, Murray and George and her sister, Marion MacFarlane. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Grace Presbyterian Church, 101 Coburg Street on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 11:00 am. A private family interment will take place in Fernhill Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish remembrances to Grace Presbyterian Church or the St John and St Stephen Home would be appreciated by the family.
