Obituary of Joanne Elizabeth Edwards
The unexpected passing of Joanne Edwards occurred on Thursday, April 16, 2015. Born January 31, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Olive (Hogan) and Lyman Demille Peters. Joanne is survived by her sons, Sean Chamberlain (Tina) and Chris Chamberlain grandchildren: Ethan Chamberlain, Isis Chamberlain, Persia Chamberlain, Destiny Wiseman, Jace Chamberlain, Anaiya Chamberlain, and she had one more on the way; great-grandson, Kanan Chamberlain; brother, Wayne "PJ" Peters (Silver); aunt, Donna Hogan-Loatman; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Elaine "Toto" Peters and brother, Melvin "Chi-chi" Peters. Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from The Church of St. John the Baptist (Mission Church) and St. Clements at 2pm.
