Obituary of Murray Lawrence Flewelling
Flewelling, Murray Lawrence … The death of Murray Flewelling, of Donaldson Street, occurred on Friday, November 30, 2007 at the St. John And St. Stephen Nursing Home. He was born in Long Reach, NB on June 1, 1925 to the late Harold and Bertha (Fullerton) Flewelling. Murray worked for the Canadian National Railway as a Car Control Clerk until his retirement. Murray is survived by his loving wife Leona; three sons: Brian (Pauline) of Rothesay, Paul (Debbie) and Jeffery (Debbie) both of Saint John; one sister Gladys Capson of Saint John; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Murray is predeceased by two brothers Walter and Gordon. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visitation on Tuesday, December 4, 2007 from 10:30 to 11:30 am with the funeral service following visitation at 11:30 am. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Remembrances may be made to the I.W.K. Children’s Hospital Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
