Obituary of Shirley M. Rhyno
Rhyno, Shirley M. … The death of Shirley May Rhyno of Loch Lomond Villa, Saint John, NB, occurred on Monday, April 14, 2008 at her residence. Born in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of the late Preston Harold and Elizabeth C. (McConnell) Howe. Shirley was a member of the Carleton-Kirk United Church of Canada. She was formerly employed at the Fairport Restaurant on Manawagonish Road for 28 years before retirement. Shirley is survived by a son, Lorin (Joan) Rhyno; a daughter, Miss Gail Rhyno; a sister, J. Irene Cairns, all of Saint John, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers, Willard and Robert “Tim”; and a sister, Norma. Although there will not be any visitation at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424), a Memorial Service will be held in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Friday at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
