Obituary of Eric F.D. Clark
CLARK, ERIC F.D. - At the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB, on Saturday, December 22nd, 2007; Eric Frederick Dixon Clark, formerly of Saint John, NB. Born in Saint John he is the son of the late Wallace Cameron and Berry Etta (Smith) Clark. Eric was a veteran of World War 2. Before and after the war he worked for many years with E.S. Stephenson Ltd as a machinist. He also worked with Moffatts Ltd, then went on to serve with Corps of Commissionaires. He was a longtime member of St. Lukes Anglican Church, Saint John,NB serving on their Vestry for a period of time. He is survived by his sister Dorothy Logan of Saint John, brother Stanley and his wife Linda of Mohannes, NB, nieces and nephews. Eric was predeceased by two twin siblings Wallace and Berry, his twin sister Elsie, brother Douglas, sister in law Millie and brother in law Lawrence. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Humphreys Funeral Home, 20 Marks Street, St. Stephen, NB (506 … 466 … 3110). Eric will be transferred to Saint John from where the service will be held in the chapel of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB on Thursday, December 27th, at 1:00 p.m. Rev. Eileen Irish will officiate. The interment will take place later in the spring at Fernhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Brenan’s (Paradise Row) on Wednesday, December 26th from 3 … 4 pm and 6 - 8 pm. Online condolences may be placed or this notice viewed at www.humphreysfh.com.
