Obituary of Susan G. McLean
The death of Susan Gertrude McLean of Saint John, wife of the late William “Bill” Bernard McLean, occurred on Saturday, August 11, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Miramichi, NB, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Elizabeth (Baisley) Howe. She is survived by four daughters, Betty McLean, Suzanne Osmon and her husband Ron, Joan Beaudet and her husband Dennis and Nancy Stevens, all of Saint John, four brothers Lester Howe (Myrna) of Moncton, Gerald Howe (Dorothy) of Miramichi, Ivan Howe (Olive) of Saint John and Donald Howe (Heather) of Miramichi, four sisters, Genevieve Hubbard, Inez Bass both of Miramichi, Bernice Wilson (Frank) of Ontario and Betty Daigle of Miramichi, seven grandchildren Melissa, Michael, Michelle, Nicole, Natasha, Karly, R.J., two great granddaughters Samantha and Marissa, the Savoy Family and several cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers, Alphonse and Benjamin Howe and four sisters, Kathleen Painter, Dorothy, Bjrustrom, Stella Copp and Anna Lumbston. Resting at Brenan’s Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral service will be held at Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick or the New Burunswick Lung Association would be appreciated.
