Obituary of Edna Blanche Dennis
The death of Edna Blanche Dennis, spouse of Donald ‘Donnie’ Robichaud, occurred on July 31, 2007 at her residence. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Bugley) Dennis. She had been employed with the Dr. Roberts Hospital, Centracare Inc. and retired from Kimberly Clark. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who lived for her daughter and grandchildren. She enjoyed going for drives with Donnie. Besides Donnie she is survived by her daughter Amy and her husband Steven Burbridge and their children Austin and Madelyn of Saint John, her brothers and sisters; Jean White (Dion) of Redhead, Mary Slipp (Carl) of Central Blissville, Billy Dennis (Linda) of Saint John, Jean Wetmore (Bill), Jimmy Dennis (Vera) of Bloomfield, Eddie Dennis of Saint John, Lorraine MacKenzie of Salt Springs, Larry Dennis of Bloomfield, and sister-in-law Dale Dennis of Upham. She was predeceased by her brother Richard. Resting at Brenans Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Thursday from 7-9 pm and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, at 9:30 am, from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery. Remembrances made to Forest Hills United Baptist Church or Ridgewood Addiction Services would be appreciated.
