Barbara was an avid traveler; her favourite trips were to Florida or to the cottage at Grand Lake, where she could enjoy being active outdoors and snowmobiling. Shortly after Paul’s retirement, they also drove their motor home to Alaska. Barbara is survived by her sons: Robert (Beth) of Surrey, BC, David (Gale) of New Maryland, Kenneth (Kim) of Grand Bay-Westfield, and James of Public Landing; sisters, Mary Nason of Saint John and Enid Reid of Halifax; grandchildren: Josh McCurdy, Danielle McCurdy, Jerred McCurdy, Kenneth McCurdy, Kristin McCurdy, Jennifer McCurdy, William McCurdy, Jillian Pelkey, Paul McCurdy, Erin McCurdy, David McCurdy; great-grandson, Matthew McCurdy; several nieces and nephews.
