Obituary of Terry Joseph Amero
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Terry Amero announces his passing on Monday, December 31, 2012, at his residence. Born in Plympton, NS on March 6, 1948, he was a son of the late Edward J. and Lucy M. Amero. Terry had a heart of gold; he was always there to help a person in need. A happy-go-lucky person, who loved to travel, loved his garden, was a beautiful dancer; especially clogging, Terry was a man of very strong faith. He worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Provincial Hospital, and owned his own hair salon, Terry’s Hairstyling, for 45 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The Amero family would like to thank everyone who had a part in Terry’s life. Terry is survived by his twin brother, Larry Amero (Della), his siblings; Bradford "Cookie" Amero (Debbie), and Marilyn Amero, all of Plympton, NS, three nephews, two great-nephews, three uncles, and one aunt. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 10:00 am. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or any charity of the donor’s choice. "Faith, love and prayers will give us hope. But when the world works together we can move mountains" Terry Amero
