Obituary of Paul David Easton

Surrounded by his loving family, the death of Paul Easton, husband of Carol (Harnish) Easton occurred at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton on Friday, January 11, 2013. He was born on May 23, 1949 in Fredericton Junction to the late Walter and Vivian (Graham) Easton. Paul worked at the Irving Oil Refinery as a supervisor for the Labours and Scaffolding crew. He was a member the Labourers Local 900, East Long & Loon Lake Fishing Club, and the Wirral Community Association. He enjoyed fishing & hunting, loved anything with feathers and enjoyed landscaping. It always brought Paul special joy to decorate for holidays and to watch is grandson play hockey. Paul was a great man and will be missed by all who knew him. Besides his wife of over 43 years Carol, Paul is survived by a son, James Easton (Beverly); daughter, Melissa Easton; grandson, Cole; brothers: Richard (Frances) and Charles (Deborah); sisters: Ellen Easton and Nancy Cormier; closest buddies, his dog Taz and "Bro" Gordon Harnish and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and a niece, Rachael Cormier. Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 12 noon. Interment will take place in South Oromocto Lake Cemetery, Wirral. For those who wish to make a donation to Hospice Oromocto , it would be appreciated by the family.
