Obituary of Jacqueline R. Steeves
Jacqueline R. Steeves, wife of the late Vernon Steeves, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 in the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on February 08, 1940 in Moncton she was a daughter of the late William M. and Emilda (Hebert) Gaynor. She is survived by her children, David (Sheri) Steeves, her grandson, Matthew; Gregory Steeves, Barbara Steeves, all of Mississauga, ON and Pamela Steeves, Saint John NB; sisters, Jeanette O’Blenis, Mississauga; Margaret Woodman, Boundary Creek; Helen Mills (Gerard) Riverbank South, Barbara Gaynor, Moncton, Petrechia MacKinnon, Moncton and Carolyn Gaynor, Steeves Mountain; many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was predeceased by her sisters Charlotte Johnson (Harold) and Elizabeth O'Blenis (Raymond); brother, John Gaynor (Evelyn). Resting at Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Saturday, August 10 from 10- 12 noon and 2-4 pm. Following visiting, cremation will take place and a private family service will be held at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to Bobby’s Hospice would be appreciated by the family
