Dear Ann,
Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences in Ben's passing. It's been many years since we worked together at NBTel but I have such good memories of those wonderful days. They say you frequently can't recall the incidents that happened in relationships in the past but you can always remember how people made you feel. And both Ben and yourself left a wonderful lasting impression. You are fortunate in having a large family to rely on for support in sharing your loss. I trust that you are in good health.
