Obituary of Mary Lawrence

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Anita (Rooney) Lawrence announces her passing, which occurred on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 26, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Albert Cameron and Nellie (Rooney) Cameron.

Mary is survived by her daughters Joan Ritchie (Eugene) and Lisa Lawrence; sons John (Susan) and Kenny (Heather); brothers Freeman and Terry Cameron; sister Vicky Saunders (Mark); grandchildren Melissa, Chelsea, Peter, Brandon, Andrew, Shawn, Dana, Samantha, and Robert; great-grandchildren Alannah, Lydia, and Jackson as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Aside from her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Alfred Lawrence and daughter Donna Smith.

Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, N.B. (634-7424). Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 10:00 – 12:00 PM. A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 12:00 PM in the Brenan’s chapel.
