Please accept my condolences at Mike's passing. I worked with him at Irving Oil for a number of years and found him to be a kind and respectful colleague, and yet he was full of fun.

I am so very sorry Carol for your loss. I worked with Mike at the Golden Ball back in the 70's. Mike worked in the Credit Card Dept. and I worked in the Credit Card Accounting Dept. He was such fun to be around.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

Sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was not only a devoted family man but was admired by so many members of the Canadian Forces. A man who always placed the interest of others before those of his. He will be remembered by many of us who had the pleasure of working with or associating with over the years.

My deepest sympathy to Mike's family. I worked many years ago with Mike and he was a great help to me when I lost a family member. In those days, we got physical cheques delivered to our depts but Mike, knowing I was heading to Halifax to be with my family, brought my cheque to my house and told me my time off was all arranged etc and not to worry about anything at work. That was 40 years ago and I have never forgotten how kind he was to me. I am sure there are many more stories like that about Mike, because he was such a kind decent man, not to mention his wicked sense of humor. I am sure he will be missed by many.
