Dear Uncle Arnold, Susan, Scott, Sarah and Joel, Savannah and Sierrah: Dealing with the loss of someone you held dear, loved and shared so many wonderful moments with is never easy. At this sad and challenging time, you are being held close in my heart, thoughts and prayers as you grieve for your wife, mother and nana. Aunt Rosalie was a very talented seamstress, skilled card player and she made the most delicious potato salad that I have ever eaten. I imagine her now in heaven enjoying a game of cards with the other angels who have gone before us. Sending long distance hugs from Peru, Love Mary Louise and Wilmer XOXO

Dear Arnold, Susan and Family,
I have such vivid and fond memories of seeing you all at mass over the years at St. Peter's. Your mom was always kind, warm and friendly and showed a genuine interest in how other people were doing. I remember her compassion and gentle manner. I know you will miss her deeply. Heaven has gained another angel.
Thinking and praying for you all at this sad time,
Sue

Karen O'Hara Zappia posted a condolence

To Arnold, Susan, Scott and family, Sheila, Marty, Claudia, Albert, Vince and their families,
Our family is saddened by our cousin Rosalie's passing. She and Arnold were such a big part of our family gatherings in Saint John when we were growing up. When we moved away and started our own families, they celebrated with us many of our milestones. Seems it was a foregone conclusion that, when in town to visit our Mom, we'd play several cribbage games together, as well as share laughter and great food.
I regret that I'm unable to attend Rosalie's funeral but please know that I'm keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
Love and hugs,
Cousin Karen (O'Hara) Zappia,
Ottawa
