Obituary of Nancy Jane Bradley

It is with immense sadness that the family and close friends of Nancy Bradley, wife of the late Earl Bradley announces her passing on January 8, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on July 21, 1939, she was the most mischievous of the late Edward and Esther (Robinson) Wilson’s children.

Nancy was a one-of-a-kind girl and if you were lucky enough to know her, you’d know she had a heart of gold. She was unique and outspoken – she would say it like it is and if you didn’t like it, “too bad” (if you knew the real words, you knew you were really close with her).

Nancy had hobbies, and was a very busy lady. If you asked her what she was busy doing though, she would say “busy doing nothing but everyone!”

She always had the final word and is flying high, so look out!

Nancy is survived by her children Steven Wilson, Scott Bradley, Tracy Edith Day-Labobe, and Susan Beaton; siblings Brother Shane, Marky, Larry, Mary, Marty, Lully and her children Allan and Robbie, Trudy, Sally, and Tracy-Lee with her children Shyan and Shannon. She will be missed by her niece Natasha (Corey) Savoie (AKA Dumb Cluck), Special friend Sandi Stevens (Ken); her little angels Bradley, Brandon, Cody and Shane; her littler angels Bennett and Jayden; extended family: Baby Austin and Kitana (Kitty), Tamara (AKA Main Fruit), Stephanie (AKA Fruit #2). She considered the staff at Shannex in Lily Court to be family as well and was especially fond of her late night partner-in-crime Cherry. Altogether, Nancy had 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Besides her parents and her husband, Nancy was predeceased by her son Andrew Wilson and sisters: Rebecca, and Faith; and sister-in-law Flying Seagull Sandra.

Arrangements are under the care of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). A visitation will take place on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 1PM followed by a short service at 2PM in the Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. Donations in Nancy’s memory can be made to C.A.R.M.A. or the SPCA Animal Rescue League. Online condolences and remembrances may be placed at www.BrenansFH.com.
