I am just finding out about Don’s passing, I worked with Don for many Years at Eastern Bakeries, Rosalyn and I still have the wedding gift that he and Audrey gave us 29 years ago. We were fortunate to see Don regularly in recent years when visiting the Shannex. I have lots of Don Noél stories , all of them make me smile. I learned a lot from him. RIP my freind

I was sorry to hear of Don’s passing. So much of my memories of my youth are centred around neighbours in Champlain Heights and people from Eastern Bakeries. Don was both and I remember him with a smile. He was usually laughing. My condolences to all his family.

There are so many wonderful memories of summers spent with Auntie Audrey and Uncle Don. They were like second parents to me. I can still hear Uncle Don's booming voice and laugh as he made bonfires, drove the motor boat or bar-b-qued on the deck of the cottage. You will forever hold a special place in my heart. Rest in peace, Uncle. Love you always.

Theresa and I were very saddened to hear of Don's passing. Don was my Manager at Eastern Bakeries for a number of years and he was fabulous to work with. Don was a true character and was widely respected throughout the industry. He and Audrey were always so much fun to be around and they always made us feel so welcome. So sad to hear of Don’s passing. So many memories of Don laughing, telling stories, and singing “Back on the Belleisle Again” from the deck of the cottage or at any number of dinner parties! We are picturing him in the after-life, greeting old friends and sharing a drink. Rest In Peace Don!

I Considered Don Noel a great friend.
We had many wonderful times with Don and Velma travelling, cruising, enjoying Don’s cottage and many great dinner parties.
Don was always so congenial with his booming voice. He loved to sing and was the greatest dinner guest as he loved whatever you served.
My thoughts are with his family,
Marilyn Machum

So sad to hear of Don’s passing. He and Audrey were so very good to Jeff & I when I rented the apartment. He was always so happy to see me every time I ran into him asking of Jeff & how he often drove by the house with such good thoughts. Such a good man.
