Obituary of Bill Boyce
The death of William Garfield Boyce Sr. aged 86 years, of Saint John, NB, spouse of Allison Perry, occurred on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John the son of the late Robert G. and Bella E. (Milner) Boyce, he had been employed with Commercial Equipment until his retirement in 1984. William was a member of Kings Valley Wesleyan Church, Men of Fundy, Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 64 and Volunteer Services in Saint John. Survived by his spouse, Allison (Morehouse) Perry; two sons, William(Louise) of Cambridge Narrows, NB and Donald (Sharron) of Saint John; two daughters, Deborah Phillips (Ken) of Sussex, NB and Ruth (Craig) Logan of Gondola Point, NB; one sister, Dorothy Beeler of Florida, USA; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Kings Valley Wesleyan Church, 332 Old Hampton Road, Quispamsis on Saturday, July 9, 2005 at 11 am. Following cremation interment will be held in Fernhill Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or a charity of the donor's choice.
