I worked with Jim at CFM back in 1988 to 1992... great guy, loved 60s music... smoked a cigarette like he was making love to it... and loved his little MG (I think that was the car)... so after not speaking to each other 27 years, I had a dream about Jim, so I called him the next day... back around the spring of 2019... there was some nice reminiscing, though I'm thinking he might have forgotten who I was hahaha... Sail on Jim, wherever the wild winds are blowing.

Since the moment I was born, you have always been and always will be one of the most important and cherished souls that I have had the chance here on Earth to have in this life. Throughout the years, no matter what my own life circumstances were, every chance to gather over a family meal, conversations, and our own moments talking through endless subjects in the kitchen sharing some of the beverages that you crafted for years... you and Linda always kept everyone together and have had my love and respect since I can remember. I fondly remember that sense of peace and unity when in your home and in your presence. This is a random memory. You and I played tennis, down the street from your house. That was the only time I have ever played, might be the only time I ever do still, and it's even that one time we shared that stays in my memory because it was with you. I'm thankful to have you in this life, know that we will see each other again later, and will try to learn from our talks so that I can make the kind of impact that you've had here on countless lives. I do not feel that you are gone, for I know better. I would like to let everyone know that reads this. James, you and and Linda provided a sense of unity and family that even in the toughest of my own issues, our family's rough times and to this day as we remember you in honor. I had the opportunity to bond with Olive and my mother Brenda in her last years, and we would normally end up in Renforth in your company. You did not even need to say it, but you knew what everything meant to me, since I was born here in this life. I honor you, respect you, and love you. I'll talk to Kyle. Also, I wish that I still had the bear. I vividly remember you and Linda there, September 26, 1985.
It will be great to see you in the future, where what lies ahead is for certain, and faith is fueled by souls such as yourself.
