I had the pleasure to live in the next apartment over from Danny, for several years. We used to talk at least 2-3 times a week. He was always in good spirits, and had a positive outlook on everything. Shortly before my brother and I moved out of the apartment I remember Danny won a few dollars, and he said “ I’m going to get us a pizza!“ And 30 minutes later he showed up with a pizza, and shared it with me. Danny was always a pleasure to talk with, and I was deeply saddened to learn about his passing this evening.
