Sorry to hear of Mr. Allan's passing. He was a friend of my father's (another woodworker) and in recent years I had to opportunity to chat with him on a number of occasions. Please accept the condolences of the Marquis family from the West Side.

Ray worked at NBTel with my dad John Reid and Marie and Ray went to the Good Shepherd Church as did my family. Marie was a member of the Quinton Heights Circle with my mum. She was a sweetie. Marie and Ray bought a garden home two doors down from my mum and dad. After Marie and my dad passed away, my mum used to invite Ray up for an evening cup of tea and a cookie or piece of pie etc. They used to giggle about what the neighbors thought of him sauntering up to her place at times. Mum was 86 at that time lol. Your dad was such a lovely gentleman and a pleasure to visit with and your mum was equally lovely. So sorry for your loss. Hugs from my mum Fran Reid and myself Pat Howe

To Ray's family, It has been a long time since I last saw Ray but I remember well his time at NBTel. His boat building days and fun at social functions with Bob Logan and crew. Ray was a friendly, compassionate and understanding guy, a great ambassador.

So sorry to hear of Ray’s passing. He was such a fun gentleman to be around and always loved to talk about his grandchildren. My Mom lived in the Independent Living building so that is how we got to know Ray with all his charm and wit! He will be hugely missed by everyone who knew him!

Ray you have touched so many hearts in your beautiful life time, and you stole my heart from day one. I was so blessed to have had you cross my life path, to have been your caregiver... I felt more like your friend, as you treat me as such. My last days at Millidge Hall you made me cry with the beautiful bouquet of flowers you, and your family gave me...these were tears of happiness knowing how much I was appreciated by you and your family. When Lynn messaged me to tell the very sad news of your passing, it broke my heart, and I cried again with the deepest sadness. You told me you wanted to live to turn 90 and then you would be ready to go...Im sad you did not celebrate your 90th before you went to be with your beautiful wife, but I know you are now at peace, with the love of your life. You will be dearly missed sweet Ray, and forever in my heart...I now have another angel to watch over me from the heavens above. My deepest condolences to Lynn, Ann, and family...Ray loved you each with all his heart, and he was so very proud of each of you. Much love, prayers and positive vibes being sent to you at this very sad time. ♥️

Sorry for your loss. He was a legend at NB Tel. When I first went to work, he was my
supervisor and he was indeed hard working, fair, and the mentorship he provided was indeed never forgotten. RIP
