My sincere condolences to Marj and the family in your lose. This brought back so many memories of the SJPBC and fun filled journeys up the Saint John River. It's 26 year since Terry joined the Heavenly Power boat club and is probably waiting to greet Glen now. May they all sail on in peace. God Bless you all. Marilyn in Calgary.

I love and will miss my Uncle Glen very much. I am so glad for modern technology as I was able to attend the funeral virtually. I have great memories of spending many weekends on the boat with Dad, Glen, Marge, Micheal, Brian, Sandra and the Hatties. Those are some of the best childhood memories that I will cherish always. I am sure Glen has already found the best fishing spot in heaven and has caught enough heavenly Mackerel for all. Come on Glen, we have enough. No, just a few more. LOL. Later in life Glen and Marge were very loving to Paddy as well and she too has great memories of the time we spent together on the boats and in Florida. We love you all, miss you all and send virtual hugs. So sorry for your and our loss. Love Scott and Paddy.

Marj and Family,
We are devastated to hear of Glen's passing .. Our families have a long history of friendship and Glen was an integral part of that history. A smile comes to my face as I picture Glen enthusiastically describing his latest acquisition at the weekly Florida garage sale. Glen was able to track down those Florida deals and many a good deal he made. We will miss Glen both in the Boating community and the Snowbird community . We will cherish all of the special memories created over the years and wish the family all of the strength required to get through these next few days. Please know our hearts are with you.
Audrey and Alex.

Dear Marj;
We are so sad to hear of Glen's passing. We will miss his sense of humour and his awesome stories. Boating will not be the same without him. I remember the first time I met him and I said "You're Marj's husband???", but she is so nice!" We were fast friends after that and enjoyed years of mutual teasing.
Rest in peace Glen.
Love, the Brideaus - Ron, Laura, Paisley, and Wyatt.

I was so saddened to learn of the passing of my friend Glennie and wish to pass on my deepest sympathy to Marj and the Family. Like so many others my friendship with Glennie began at the Saint John Power Boat Club where Glen grew to be as much of an icon as the club house itself. Glen was a powerful friend, loved laughter and good times, was an able seaman and knew his boats like he knew his family. As much as was possible Marj, Brian, and Michael were at his side whether heading to Grand Lake or Colwells Creek. One of my earliest experiences was coming back across Grand Lake when I ran into trouble. It was rough an my boat was sinking. I had my wife and two young children, Susan and Rivers on board and my first concern was to get them to safety. Glennie brought his boat alongside in very precarious conditions and we got all three safely aboard his vessel. I then ran back for Douglas Harbour where I beached the boat just as the stern was going under. Glennie will be greatly missed by Family and Friends alike. Sincerely Robert

Glen will be missed by us and all of our friends at the Saint john Power Boat Club. He was always a gentleman and very informative to talk to. He gave me lots of "boating tips" and always had an interest on what we were doing and going to on the boat. For many years Glen and Marj put on our Power Boat Club Corn Boil that was always the go-to during our boating season.
Keep Boating in Heaven Buddy
